Jack was surrendered to a rural kill shelter in North Carolina as a puppy.  He has lived his life there, but is hopeful that someone will see his posting and give him a chance.  Our rescue partner pulled him from the kill shelter before he was scheduled to be euthanized.  Will you be the one to adopt Jack and give him the time and training he needs?
