Sheba was surrendered to a rural kill shelter in North Carolina as a puppy.  She has lived her life there, but is hopeful that someone will see her posting and give her a chance.  Our rescue partner pulled her from the kill shelter before she was scheduled to be euthanized.  Sheba is timid at first, but longs for attention and love.  Will you be the one to adopt Sheba and give her the time and training she needs?
