Reggie was surrendered to a rural North Carolina shelter because his owners were moving to an apartment that would not accept dogs.  This little boy is Heartworm Positive.  He is a little shy, but also eager for attention once he knows you for a little while.  The shelter says he has been a very good boy and will make an excellent pet.
