Teddy is a small hound mix approximately 2 years of age. Teddy was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter in rural North Carolina.  This poor boy has been through a lot of change recently, so he needs a little time to get acquainted to his new surroundings.  A fenced yard and a leash are musts.  Teddy is seeking a family or person who can provide that balanced amount of play time and lying on the couch.  Teddy has not yet been neutered.
