We Will Be Closed Thursday, July 4th

WE WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY, JULY 4TH

ENJOY THE HOLIDAY!

Please remember that the week of the July 4th Holiday is one of the worst weeks for shelter dogs. Due to the high amount of dogs who get lost during fireworks shows, many shelter dogs are euthanized when the shelter reaches capacity.

What can you do to help?
Keep your dog secure at all times. Use a leash whenever you take your dog outside.

Don't set off fireworks in developments or other highly populated areas. Instead, go to see the fireworks show hosted by your local town or city.

Foster a shelter dog. Freeing up space in the local shelter saves lives. Often shelter animals are only euthanized due to lack of space.

Adopt. Never buy. Adopting from a shelter directly impacts the unwanted pet population. Breeding dogs for profit only adds to the problem.

Support your local shelters and rescues. More resources allows us to save even more lives.
